what it will cost?
Our delivery costs are designed to be simple and as reasonable as possible. Our charges are based on (or just above) the cost price of postage and packaging.
The cost of sending multiple items will depend on the combined weight of your parcel.
Delivery size classifications can be seen in the product description page i.e. a voucher, standard, or large product.
The total delivery cost for your order can be seen on the delivery page in the checkout process.
where do we deliver?
We deliver New Zealand wide. Delivery addresses do not have to be your own, we will deliver direct to the person you are buying the gift for.
If you wish to have gifts delivered to countries outside of New Zealand please contact us and we will try to arrange it.
TIP >> Delivery is during business hours - generally before 12noon. Therefore we recommend that if no one is going to be home you should give a work address.
how do we deliver?
We use and trust Courier Post to deliver your gifts. Once your gift is with our courier, we give you a tracking number which enables you to track the real time status of your parcel. Deliveries are made Monday - Friday (except public holidays).
All packages are securely packaged to ensure the safety of the gift inside.
when will my gift arrive?
If we receive your order by 10am (NZT) your order will be dispatched the same day (Mon - Fri).
A limited range of our products are not stored in our distribution centre or require additional processing time and may take an extra 1 - 2 working days to dispatch. This will be stated in the product description page as 'please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery of this product'.
If we have any problems with dispatching your order within our stated timeframes, we will be in contact as soon as possible via email.
- Standard express delivery gifts - items marked as 'Standard express delivery gifts' are next working day delivery nationwide, unless they are combined with other items
- North Island delivery - next working day (Mon - Fri) delivery
- South Island delivery - 2-3 working days delivery
- Rural areas please allow an additional 2-3 working days
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery timeframes assume order is received before 10am (NZT) Mon-Fri and does not require additional delivery/processing time.
Delivery on a specific day and urgent deliveries
- If you want your gift to be delivered on a specific day, please select your preferred delivery date in the 'preffered delivery date' box at checkout and we will endeavor to ensure delivery as requested.
- If you have very urgent delivery requirements or you want to know when your gift will arrive please contact us. We want to help you earn those browniepoints!
- Urgent South Island delivery: For large parcels (i.e. not classed as 'Standard Express' gifts, or parcels with 2+ items), if you have a very urgent delivery requirement - a South Island Overnight EXPRESS ticket can be purchased here.
