browniepoints.co.nz provides two key ways for you to earn those elusive browniepoints. These are the physical products that everyone loves, and vouchers for special events and experiences.
Browniepoints accepts Visa and Mastercard.
Simple! Just find the perfect gift for your occasion, complete our super-easy checkout process and the gift will be sent to you or your chosen recipient. If you have any problems, please contact us and we can help you through.
Also simple! Just find the perfect experience for your occasion and complete the easy checkout process and a pre-paid voucher and redemption instructions will then be sent to you or your chosen recipient.
All our experience gifts are shown at the RRP of our experience supplier - so you don't pay anymore to purchase through us! NB Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your satisfaction, ultimate responsibility and liability for experience is with the experience provider. We have carefully screened our suppliers to ensure you get the best level of service possible.

If things go wrong - returns, refunds and the 'no risk gift'
Sometimes no matter how good the intentions are, things go wrong. If this happens here's what we do to make sure that you have a 'no risk gift'.
There are three reasons that you might want to return a product to us:
- The product doesn't work
- The product is damaged on receipt
- You don't want it any more or are dissatisfied with it
Your product does not work on receipt or fails within warranty
- Customer contacts with your order reference number advising of problem.
- If the product has a warranty it still falls within, we will ask you to follow the warranty instructions.
- Otherwise Browniepoints offers a 60 day warranty. We will arrange and pay for return and will repair or replace (at our discretion) within 28 days of return. If repair/replacement is impossible we will credit the cost of the purchase.
Your product is damaged on receipt
- You contact us with your order reference number and advise us of the problem.
- We will investigate and if appropriate replace/refund/credit the product.
You are dissatisfied - Our Gift Guarantee provides a 21 day right of return.
- If you are dissatisfied please return the product (at your expense) in a saleable condition.
- We will offer you a credit to the same value of other products (postage and packaging included), or will refund the cost of the product excluding postage and packaging back to you.
Exceptions to this guarantee are:
- 'Experiences' that have been 'used' - in this case please inform us of your dissatisfaction but take any specific issue's up with the experience supplier directly
- Any products with Intellectual Property restrictions or that are unsuitable for return, these include DVD's, videos, software, books, perishable goods (all food items), underwear, and cosmetics
- Magazines are only exchangeable to other magazines subscriptions. Refunds will not be given if the new subscription is of a lesser value or if you wish to cancel the subscription.
